Shanghai Mituo Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (Mituo for short) was established in 2012, with GAS BOX design and manufacturing as its core business. Jiuwei Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jiuwei) was established in 2017. Based on the existing business of Mituo, it has expanded upstream to GAS BOX, adding heaters, mass flow controllers, O3 generators, and precision machining businesses. In 2023, it will fully acquire Mituo.
